We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Internal Sales Administrator to join our developing commercial office team.
The ideal applicant will have previously worked in a busy sales office, will have experience of dealing with the processing of sales orders whilst also servicing a sometimes high volume of inbound sales calls and queries.
There will also be a requirement to make outbound calls to customers and suppliers, particularly following up customer queries regarding order dispatch and delivery.
You will be expected to use your questioning and listening skills to understand fully the needs of your customers so that you can provide an excellent on-going customer service experience.
Therefore you must be an excellent communicator, very comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and queries.
It will take at least 3 months to gain a basic knowledge of the extensive product range offered hence we require someone who will be committed and loyal.
Understanding our products is vital therefore you will need to have a great working relationship with the external sales team and all internal colleagues to ensure that you keep abreast of all product changes, launches and promotions.
Common sense speaks volumes and qualifications matter but above all else you must be confident and enthusiastic with a positive mind-set and be able to think on your feet in a sometimes very busy office environment.
